Who is responsible for your data

Future Cast, W8 Centre, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim, Ireland, organises this workshop on behalf of the NestED project (Erasmus+ KA220-VET, project no. 2025-1-SE01-KA220-VET-000352444). Contact: marketing@futurecast.info.

What we collect and why

We collect the details you give on the registration form: your name, contact details, organisation and role, county, participant type, sector, interests, dietary and accessibility requirements, and your choices on photos and project news. We use them to organise the event (attendance register, catering, access arrangements, joining instructions and reminders) and to report on it to the NestED partnership and the Erasmus+ programme.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you register. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who sees your data

Future Cast staff organising the event. For project reporting, the NestED partners and the Erasmus+ National Agency may receive the attendance register and summary figures (for example, numbers of participants by type). We do not sell your data or use it for any other purpose.

Photos and video

Photos may be taken for EU project reporting and promotion. If you chose “No, please do not include me”, we will make sure you are not included.

Project news

Only if you ticked the box will we add you to the North West NestED housing network and send you project news and free resources. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to organise the event and meet the Erasmus+ reporting and audit requirements for the project, then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing marketing@futurecast.info. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
